Why Me ?
My name is Achara Pandaeng DDS.
I graduated from Faculty of Dentistry from Chulalongkorn University in 1986. For the first few years, I worked as a dentist in the naval hospital. In 1990, I started my own practice in Bangkok named “Promjai Dental Clinic”. 90% of the patients were international patients, residents and tourists. I also had another branch of Promjai Dental Clinic in Phuket in 2004. In 2016, I have sold my clinic in Bangkok and changed the dental clinic’s name in Phuket to “Newsmiledentists”.
To operate the dental clinic for over 30 years with the international patients, it helps me to understand what the patients need or hope to get done in. To manage the dentist team and the patients, it is also the state of art. There are so many issues to considered how to make each case the best solution.
How I can help you ?
My mission is helping you to find the right dentists’ team to get your dental work done in the way it should be and at your selected location (Bangkok, Phuket and Chiangmai) or your choice of dental clinic.
What are my selection criteria?
1. Qualified dentist for the specific dental treatment plan.
2. The dental clinic carries the update dental technologies and standardized of sterilization.
3. Reasonable and explainable dental treatment fee (no hidden cost)
4. English speaking dentists’ team
What you have to do ?
Step 1 Send your information
• Fill up the consultation form in the website
• Tell me what your problems are, and what you want to get done (short description of your dental condition)
• Time frame and any other business that you may have during your trip
• Dental x-ray (the panoramic view would be the best)
• Any dental treatment plan from your local dentist
• Photos of your dental condition (it can be taken by mobile telephone)

Step 2. Within 48 hours, send back your required treatment information
Once I gather all relevant information about your request, I will consult our dentists about the required treatment options.
Within 48 hours upon receiving your request, my dental coordinator shall provide you with details of
+ your dental treatment plan
+ required number of visits with the detail of each visit
+ how much it will cost for each treatment
However, the treatment plan will be finalized after an on-site check-up and consultation with our dentist, though it rarely differs from the online one.
Any further amendments and additions to the proposed plan are to be made in consultation with our dentist.
Step 3. Tell us when you want your appointment
Step 4. My dental coordinator will meet you for the first visit with your dentist on complicated case such as full mouth rehabilitation, smile make over, or all-on-4 dental implant.
Step 5. Follow up and remind you about how to take care your new smile regularly.
